Cambios y Ajustes del Sistema de Soverania

We will be making some adjustments to the Sovereignty system during our regularly scheduled downtime on Monday, December 7, 2009. This resolves an issue with strategic indexes that was reported in several systems. This adjustment will allow affected alliances to install their infrastructure hub and required upgrades. Due to the late arrival of this fix, we have decided to extend the grace period until December 15, 2009.
Additionally, we will be seeding Sovereignty Blockade Units on Tuesday, December 8, 2009, during downtime. These items will be made available from DED and CONCORD stations. This is in preparation for lifting the grace period.

Nosotros vamos a hacer algunos ajustes al Sistema de Soverania durarante nuestro regular tiempo de caida del servidor el Lunes, 7 de Diciembre,2009. Estos resolveran un problema de indexados que estaba siendo reportado en muchos sistemas. Este ajuste afectara a las allianzas que instalen su "infrastructure hub" y sus actulizaciones. Devido a la llegada de este arreglo, hemos decido extender el tiempo de gracia hasta el 15 de Diciembre del 2009.
Adicinalmente, nosotros vamos a introducir "Sovereignty Blockade Units" el martes, 8 de Diciembre del 2009, durante el periodo de caida del servidor. Estos objetos estaran listos en las estaciones de  DED  y CONCORD.  Para preparar el levantamiento del periodo de gracia.
